2. Transit Times & Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, estimated delivery transit times are as follows:

• Great Britain: 2–5 business days via standard courier services.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and can occasionally be impacted by local bank holidays or peak seasonal periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas).

3. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

All orders are shipped domestically from within the United Kingdom to ensure fast delivery with zero import fees or customs delays.

• Flat Rate Shipping: £5.00
• Free Shipping Threshold: Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over £40.00.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

5. Delivery Information & Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before finalizing your order. Túffenup Skincare is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect address entries. Additional courier fees may apply if a parcel must be reshipped due to an address error.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact our support team at support@tuffenupskincare.com within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
